We have assembled a fantastic array of attractive projects and activities for young people to get involved in and created a brand new Members Only Area where paid up Member Club staff can access a whole new range of services, policies and documents to support and complement your work with young people.

Lots of opportunities for fun and learning

We have plenty to offer youth clubs and young people from outdoor adventure to indoor arts and creativity games plus a wide range of physical activity, team building, problem solving and competitions to enter just come inside to learn how to get involved.

Training opportunities

We provide high quality training courses for youth leaders, volunteers and young people. We plan to have a series of courses in 2019-2020, from first aid in the work place to learning about how to stay safe in the outdoors; with all training led by professionals from the field. We provide regular lists of funding opportunities for our Members; specifically researched to meet the needs of groups and organisations working with young people. Access to funding is limited to Members only, so if you’re not already a Member sign up today!

We are very grateful to receive donations of any amount no matter how big or small. Your generosity and support enables us to sustain our delivery of positives social development opportunities to vulnerable, disadvantaged young people across Lancashire. Help and Support

We provide our member club staff with access to workforce development opportunities, guidance on effective professional practice, access to the DBS checking service, signposting to funding opportunities and partnership working to develop work with young people. Voice of Young People

We promote young people’s positive engagement with our service delivery through our Young People’s Club Rep initiative. Club reps help promote our activities and services in their clubs to promote inclusion and gather feedback from young people about future delivery The inclusion of young people in gathering views and opinions on issues which affect their lives is important to us.

County & National Programme

LABGC is part of a wider network of 27 Counties across the UK that make up the National Association of Boys & Girls Clubs. We provide access to county wide events, programmes, sports and competitions that lead into the National Programme where counties compete against counties to gain the title of National Champion.
