Our three year Development Plan sets out ambitious goals that will take a lot of work, time and funding to achieve. LABGC may be a very small team, but together we deliver a great big job. However, we recognise that in order to achieve our plans we will have to expand our staff team over the next 3 years and with commitment, determination and drive the LABGC team are confident we will succeed in improving our services to youth clubs and groups across the region and providing improved outcomes for young people.
