The Respect Project is an early intervention programme for 13-14 year olds. Launched in 2020 we have supported two cohorts of young people from local schools to develop their life skills through a series of eight classroom based small group work sessions interspersed with a range of adventurous outdoor activity sessions and culminating in week long residential.
Feedback from the young people who have taken part is positive, with many saying how their lives have improved in school, becoming better able to manage their emotions as a result of the experience, skills and learning gained on the project.
